Thank you for spending at TalkingAvatar.ai. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to help. To initiate the refund process, please follow the steps below.

Digital Subscription Products (e.g. Subscription)

If you stop using TalkingAvatar but forget to unsubscribe your plan, we will usually be happy to refund your latest subscription payment, as long as you have not created any content since the payment was completed.
To request a refund, please send us a refund request via Discord (also works for unsubscribe requests).

Non-returnable items:

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of your refund request, our staff will check your membership status to determine if it is eligible for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original [currently only support credit card] used for the purchase.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction to apply for the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
